Privacy Notice

This notice explains what we do with the details you send through SolarMatch. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

When you request quotes: your name, phone, email, emirate, area, property type, energy use and notes. When an installer claims a profile: contact and company details.

How we use it

With your consent, we share your quote request with no more than three installers who serve your area, so they can contact you about quotes.
We may contact you to check that installers responded and to ask about your experience.
We do not sell your details to anyone else or use them for unrelated marketing.

Analytics and how you found us

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and tools help people. Until you click Accept, it sets no analytics cookies and only receives anonymous, cookieless signals. If you accept, it uses analytics cookies. When you send a form, we also record the page you arrived on and the website or campaign that sent you, so we know which channels work. We never sell this information.

Estimates and updates by email

If you ask for your estimate by email or subscribe to updates, we use your email only for that. These requests are not shared with installers.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
